More than half of Slovenia is covered with forest. With its pleasant influence to the environment and with the wood that is growing there, forest is significantly improving life conditions. What we need is a long-term devotion and attentiveness to grow a tree from a tiny blade. A tree, that can be cut down and formed into nice and pleasant products for people. Forest requires no more than to be treated in the way that is acceptable for it. Our company has decided to be a part of this process, from the gift of nature to a product that is useful and pleasant to live.
We do not want to disturb the balance in forest, and we consistently avoid ecological catastrophes. We choose the highest quality chestnut and oak logs from neighbouring regions. Logs are seasoned and cut into wooden elements. The whole process is controlled by computers Wooden elements are our first finished product but we also manufacture them into joint panels and parquet.
Our products are designed for further treatment in building, and in parquet and furniture industry.

We have twelve drying chambers that have 80 cubic metres, so we season the boards, too. Computers control the process of seasoning, too. The computer programme for the current process is set before starting. The situation in the chambers can be seen and is recorded every ten minute. Therefore, the data about the air temperature, the relative air moisture, the air speed, the sharpness of drying, and the humidity of the wood can be seen on twelve control points at any time. Besides, there are ideal parameters for the current situation given, so we can see any possible irregularities, and are able to intervene. We are also warned by sound signals. There are many possible irregularities when seasoning the logs: loss of compatibility because the temperature is too high; if the seasoning is too sharp, the tension on the surface can cause permanent deformations; inner cracks; when cutting, the outer boards can get trough-shaped; rhomboid section; tortuosity (into the shape of a screw).
